Lots of trouble with a bad webshop
This is a really poor webshop, which I can't recommend to anyone. Yes, they have beautiful knives and swords, and other stuff that I'd love to order, but I will not do that anymore.
The order (4 scimitars) I placed a couple of months ago took to start with pretty long until it was delivered. Then the goods received turned out to be something different from what I had ordered (see picture). I tried to call the shop and e-mail them several times, but received nothing of an answer to how this was to be set straight. When someone finally answered at the shop, he told me the boss was out, and he couldn't help me. He also couldn't leave the boss a message to call me. As a client who wasn't happy to start with this didn't make me happier. Once the guy at the shop also tried to convince me that I HAD received exactly the stuff I'd ordered.
After a couple of weeks they suggested that I'd send the four swords back. I hesitated of course, believing they'd screw me over and not re-pay the money. Nor the a little more than $100 I'd spent on customs and VAT for the wrong swords.
In the pic you can see the scimitar I wanted, and the much straigher one they sent. The same? Naaaahhhhh.
Now it's been two weeks since the swords got sent back. Not a word, and not a slightest hint of the money back. One more week, and I will contact the authorities handling this kind of business in Europe.
To all of you I just want to say, order your stuff elsewhere. After this, I really don't want to have ANYTHING to do with them. This far I'm outabout 3000SEK ($450 approx.), I have no swords, and I'm getting really fed up with it all.
